Hi! I'm Marina

I am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, IIN Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and founder of Marina Wright Wellness.

A few years ago, I felt tired all the time, I had terrible acne, I was anxious and couldn't sleep, I started to experience food sensitivities and other gut issues. I was diagnosed with PCOS and I was told that the pill was the only way to manage my symptoms. I didn't feel like myself and my symptoms didn't improve...

I knew there was something I was missing.

I became passionate about finding the root cause of all my symptoms. I realized that because of chronic stress, my body was stuck in survival mode and this was impacting my physical health.​

I started to focus on the bigger picture. Instead of suppressing symptoms with medications, I focused on nervous system regulation and stress management, I learned how to nourish my body with nutrient-dense foods, and how to move and exercise in a more mindful way. Slowly, I was able to put my health issues into remission.​

I have created the course specifically with busy women in mind, so you can listen to it on the go, or you can sit down and follow along with the slides I provide.

In this module I welcome you to the course by sharing my story. I explain how to approach this course to bring the most balance to your life.


Module 2: Understanding Your Body

By the end of this module you will understand how your metabolism, thyroid, gut, and adrenal health are connected. I will teach you, step-by-step, how to assess your current health and wellness.


Module 3: Master Your Cycle

In this module I will teach you how to track your cycle so you can take your health into your own hands and break free from the frustration of chasing symptoms.


Module 4: Eating for Hormone Health

In this module I will teach you exactly what to eat to support your hormone health - no crazy restrictions or limitations necessary! This is a way of eating that you can do for the rest of your life, confident that it nourishes and protects your body.

You will learn how to use food and supplements strategically to support your hormones.

You will know exactly how to listen to and nourish your body.


Module 5: Becoming Resilient to Stress

In this module you will learn the four foundations to become more resilient to stress.

I will teach you how exercise impacts your hormones and I will give you specific workouts to support your metabolism. You will know how to exercise in a more mindful way to support your body in the long term.
